Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the QMGateway SMS platform, gateway application and developer APIs.

Acceptable use

Users must use QMGateway lawfully, protect their credentials and send messages only to recipients they are authorised to contact. Spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation, unauthorised access and unlawful content are prohibited. QMGateway may suspend activity that threatens users, networks or the platform.

Service and billing

Plans, quotas, pricing and renewal conditions are shown in the customer's account or commercial agreement. Delivery can be affected by mobile networks, devices and recipient availability.

Developer responsibilities

Developers must secure API keys, respect rate limits, validate responses and avoid exposing credentials in client-side code or public repositories.
